As we have tried a lot of different hair straighteners and have about 6 in the bathroom cabinet we were really skeptical that this one would be much different. To our surprise this has worked on every single one of the girls hair as there are 4 girls in the house and every single one of them have a different texture of hair. It is amazing how much faster I can get their hair done and I love the fact that it has an automatic heat sensor on it which helps with my 14 yr old trying to do her own hair and not ruin it. Along with taking a lot less time this flatiron is very strong and durable and comes with just the right length of cord so you can sit comfortably wherever you choose and don't have to stand by a plug in.
