We use peelers all the time and I must say I am very happy with the Vegetable Peeler Stainless Steel . I was able to use it with ease as my wrist are bad and the handle is soft and very ergonomic. The Classique Julienne Vegetable Peeler makes it so much nicer when your peeling potatos for 8 people at the dinner table and it saved me a lot of time vs. our old peeler. The brush works great to as we do a lot of grilling and have a lot of bbq's. One of the nicer features since we don't have very much storage after space is the loop on the handle for storage instead of just throwing it in a draw I pull it out of the dishwasher and hang it up. The only downfall with the Classique Julienne Vegetable Peeler combo is the brush does not have a very long handle on it so when applying bbq sauce apply fast but that is just a minor detail.
