Oh this is a lifesaver and it is so nice in the middle of the day to have it be complete darkness when you have worked all night. I get off in the morning and the sun is up it is nice out and just laying there in bed counting sheep lol. I grabbed this put it on and I was asleep in about 20 to 30 minutes and I always have a hard time falling asleep. The Soft Cotton Sleep Mask is very soft and with the adjustable strap it stayed in place and was pretty comfortable. Thank You for the chance to try such a great product.
