This is so nice to have in our freezer as we have a huge family and it is just the right size so that it does not take up a whole lot of room inside the freezer but big enough to hold a good amount of ice. It is very easy to clean and if your worried about it at all it is pretty stylish I think and great that it has a lid that comes with it. We move stuff around in our freezer a lot so the lid is extra nice for keeping any debris out of the ice that may have been on the packaging of chicken, hamburger, or any other things in the freezer. It is super nice to have the storage for extra ice especially in the summer as Texas gets pretty hot so there is always enough on hand and we don't run out.
