Refreshed, not sore, feel really good, more energy, and all around feel better this is just a few of the words that come to mind after I have started to use the PurAthlete Regenerate+. I am not one to normally use anything when working out but I started to use this and I now understand the benefits as I am no longer stiff and sore in the morning as I use to feel like I got hit by a freight train after a good work out.
