There is nothing better than this really nice cutting board in the kitchen except for the fact that I can't get my wife to cut directly on it she will lay down a thin cutting mat on top of it to protect the board and keep it nice. I myself on the other hand think it is also great but a cutting board is made for cutting dear. I love it, I have cut anything from meat to vegetables to fruit on and the little gulley around the edges is just enough to keep the juices from running all over the place so that is a big upside. I found that the handle is also very nice use when I am filleting fish as it kind of helps to hold the fish and board together instead of slipping all over. This has been use quite a bit and been dropped a couple times as we have children and it is still going strong. Thank you so much for the chance to try and review such an outstanding product.
