This is one of the best addition to my kitchen and all my baking utensils that I have and use on a regular bases. The Stainless Steel Cooling Rack has sped up the cooling down process tremendously and made it so much easier on me. I work a full time job, have 6 kids 7 including my husband and bake a ton. I bake a lot of cakes, cupcakes, breads, and muffins for everybody from birthday parties to everyday type stuff and bake sales so time is of the essence. Being it is stainless steel I don't have to worry about any rusting, it is very easy to clean, and I love the size of it as it is big enough to use on just about everything I do.
