Compact, tough, very nice, and easy to clean these are all of my first thoughts after taking it out of the box. Its very nice and compact as it is not huge and taking up a whole bunch of space but nice for cutting lemons, apples, and anything else that is not to big. Built very well it is tough, thick, and super strong as I am so happy with because we will be using it a lot. Looks amazing in my kitchen with the light wood color and I think it brings appeal onto itself. Its not to big and has a ridge around the outside edge which keeps the messy juices on the board instead of letting them run off and it is super easy to clean as well.
