Love, love, love this puzzle as it was specially made for us by Piczzle.com and we received it really fast. My wife did not know it was coming and I meant to get it out of the mail and surprise her. Well the surprise was on me because she got to the mail before I did since I was at work. The puzzle comes in a very nice box with the puzzle picture on the front if you so choose and is wrapped in plastic pretty tight. The puzzle pieces are very well built and go together very easy with out much force. Which is nice as there is less wear and tear on the pieces but it is still really strong after putting it back together multiple times. I could not be happier with the customer service, product, and fast response times thank you so much for such a great product and the chance to try and review it.
